How I work

• Pre-shoot walk-through: Before photographing the property, I’ll take a quick tour with you or your representative to identify the key features you want to highlight. We can also discuss any particular requirements for your website, property portals or other marketing.
• Photography: I’ll photograph each room and the exterior from carefully chosen viewpoints, creating bright, inviting and natural-looking images. Where necessary, I may make small adjustments to furnishings or remove distracting items to achieve the best composition.
• Attention to detail: I’ll make sure the features that help showcase the property are properly represented, from kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces to gardens, views and architectural details.
• On-site review: Where practical, I’ll review the images with you before leaving to make sure the important areas of the property have been covered.

Professional images for your property marketing

You’ll receive a curated selection of high-resolution, full-frame images via digital download, normally within two weeks of the shoot.

Images can also be supplied cropped to specific proportions or resized for online profiles and other digital marketing requirements.

If you have a particularly tight deadline, let me know when booking and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

I don’t use fixed packages. Every property is different, so I offer a flexible service based on the size of the property and the amount of photography required.
